Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ProSource Oilfield Supply platform or placing any order. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProSource Oilfield Supply, LLC ("ProSource," "we," "us," or "our") website and all related purchase and brokerage transactions. "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the business entity or individual accessing the platform.
ProSource operates as a B2B oilfield equipment exchange, listing and marketing surplus equipment on consignment. All transactions are strictly business-to-business (B2B). This platform is not intended for consumer use.
You must register a business account to place orders. By registering, you represent that:
ProSource reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
All prices displayed are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing shown on catalog listings reflects current listing pricing at time of display and does not constitute a binding offer until an order confirmation is issued by ProSource.
Orders are not binding until accepted by ProSource and confirmed in writing via email. ProSource reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors or inventory unavailability.
For orders exceeding $2,500, a 50% deposit is required before fulfillment begins. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment unless Net-30 terms have been approved in writing.
ProSource facilitates confidential surplus equipment transactions between buyers and sellers. In brokerage transactions:
All freight and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. ProSource coordinates shipment logistics on a best-effort basis; however, delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to carrier and vendor availability.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon tender of the equipment to the carrier. ProSource is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party freight carriers.
All website content, branding, catalog data, and proprietary tools are the exclusive property of ProSource Oilfield Supply, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROSOURCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTION FACILITATED HEREUNDER.
ProSource's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Mississippi.
ProSource reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

For orders under $2,500, full payment is due at checkout unless Net-30 terms have been approved in advance.
Deposit invoices are generated automatically and delivered to your registered business email. Fulfillment does not begin until the deposit is confirmed received.
Surplus / Brokered Equipment: All surplus and brokered equipment sales are final. No returns are accepted on brokered or used equipment unless the item was materially misrepresented in the listing. Any misrepresentation claims must be submitted in writing to orders@prosourceoilfield.com within 5 business days of delivery.
Damaged Freight: Damage claims must be documented at time of delivery by noting damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL). Contact ProSource within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the signed BOL. Failure to note damage on the BOL may limit our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been released for fulfillment or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact orders@prosourceoilfield.com immediately with your order number.
Orders that have already been fulfilled, shipped, or for which vendor purchase orders have been placed cannot be cancelled. Deposits on cancelled orders where fulfillment has not yet begun are fully refundable. Deposits on orders where fulfillment has been initiated are non-refundable.
